Why did you decide to make LPs?

I always loved playing through games in full, and I've always kinda commentated along with it, even as a kid. But it wouldn't have been fun if I was just talking to myself without any company. You can find out more about this in the Gaming and LP Story subpage.

How do you record your videos / How do you make your music?

To record LP videos, I just use OBS and an emulator of my choice, and off we go! I do also have a capture card for more modern consoles like the Switch, but that one's not a topic here yet! ;) For music: I do pretty much everything in Acoustica Mixcraft, from recording to mixing to mastering to... well, everything that goes with it. I obviously play the instruments myself, except the drums (I could, but my neighbors would murder me).

I'm a new LPer, how can people find me?

Well, I can't give good tips about that because 1) I'm not very well known either and 2) I can't visit, watch, analyze and judge everyone asking. The most important thing is: just have fun with it and put out a few hundred videos, and at some point the world will notice you. It's all about the games, not about the subs, so don't bother making a 5 sub special. Hell, not even a 10 sub special!

If someone asks me this that shows me they don't understand a thing. This is called sub4sub and in the best case you get fake subs, if any at all. So you might get your sub numbers up, but the amount of viewers who really wanna watch your stuff ain't going up.

Can I make a video / best-of of you/one of your LPs?

I'd love to see that eventually! :D

What LP is coming next? Can you please play this or that game?

I determine what I'm playing next myself - I have a long list of hundreds of games I'd love to LP over the next years hopefully!

Why are you so bad in this or that game?

Please note: I play some games blind, i.e. I don't know anything about the gameplay. I could go and get infos and act like I'm playing blind, but I'd rather be honest and go into blind LPs with absolutely no clue.

How long will you do LPs?

No end in sight! I love doing it so much that I don't even think about quitting ever. I could imagine less videos coming if my real life is a bit busier again, but quitting overall is not in the picture.

Why is your name InvictusBM?

When I started my black metal project Lentokenttä, I wanted to have a cool stage name for if I ever do concerts with it. Was a pretty quick idea, and I wanted to think about it more, but Invictus - "undefeatable" just sounds cool. The BM is also just the abbreviation for "black metal" lol
